March 2023. Francis was invited to present two papers at the combined 15th Asia Oceania ORL-HNS Congress and the 73rd Annual Scientific Meeting of the Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He presented on “Sialoendoscopy, Indications and Basic Principles” and “How to avoid hypocalcaemia in thyroid surgery”. Francis was also on a panel discussing thyroid cases with the two guest speakers from America, Dr Lisa Orloff and Dr Robert Ferris.
